Refund Policy
At Shipneer, we follow a wallet-based payment system. Users are required to recharge their Shipneer Wallet to book shipments. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed.
Refund on Shipment Cancellation
If a booked shipment is cancelled before pickup, the refund will be credited back to the user’s Shipneer Wallet
No refund will be issued once the shipment has been picked up by the courier partner
Wallet Balance
The Shipneer Wallet balance can be used for future bookings and related charges
Refunds are processed only to the wallet, not directly to bank accounts (except as mentioned below)
Account Closure
In case a user permanently closes their Shipneer account, any remaining wallet balance will be settled to the user’s bank account after verification
